Kinney Bungalow is available for private use for weddings and other events
(such as anniversaries, birthdays, graduations). It is also available for
community organization meetings and corporate events. Our season is mid-April through mid-November.

Basic Information and Rates
Maximum seated capacity is 150 with space for dance floor, musicians/DJ,
etc.
Facility use rates vary by day of week and whether or not you are a Narragansett
resident.

The above rates are for a 5 hour event plus 1 hour setup and 1 hour cleanup
for a total of 7 hours. You also need to rent tables and chairs through
Kinney Bungalow and hire a caterer. Sufficient free parking is available
on site, and the above rates include use of the surrounding lawns for ceremonies
and cocktail parties. Complete details are available in our Information

Reduced rates and conditions apply to the following:
- Local non-profit organizations
- Mini-functions (events booked within three months of function, 75 people
or less, 4 event hours or less)
- Very short notice events
- Meetings
