Kinney Bungalow is a seasonal venue that is available for the use of private
functions, such as weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays, etc. The building
may also be rented for community or corporate events. Kinney Bungalow's
season operates from late April through early November.

Facility Only: The maximum seated capacity is 150 people with space for dance floor, musicians/DJ, etc.
Facility Plus Tent: (strict requirements, please inquire)
The maximum capacity for a buffet style dinner is 180 people.
The maximum capacity for a plated dinner is 200 people.

The above rates are for an 8 hour rental that includes a 2 hours set-up,
5 hour event, and 1 hour clean-up. Sufficient free parking is available
on site and the above rates include the use of the surrounding lawns for
ceremonies and cocktail parties. Complete details are available in our
