- Take I-95 South
- Take Exit 9 to Route 4 South (This is a left-hand exit.)
- In about ten miles Route 4 merges into U.S. Route 1
- Follow U.S. 1 South
- Exit from US 1 at the POINT JUDITH / SCARBOROUGH exit (immediately after
the Narraganset exit)
- Right onto Woodruff Avenue
- Right at second traffic light -- Route 108 -- Point Judith Road
- Follow Point Judith Road to Kinney Bungalow -- about 1.7 miles ahead on the right.

From Newport:
- Take the Pell Newport Bridge and continue across Jamestown on Route 138
- Continue on Route 138 until it merges with U.S. 1 South (do not take U.S.
1 North)
- Follow U.S. 1 South
- Exit from US 1 at the POINT JUDITH / SCARBOROUGH exit (immediately after
the Narraganset exit)
- Right onto Woodruff Avenue

- Exit from US 1 at the NARRAGANSETT / POINT JUDITH exit
- Right onto Woodruff Avenue
